Finncon is a science fiction and fantasy convention held since 1986, together with Animecon since 1999. During the last three years the two combined conventions have gathered over 6 000 visitors from Finland and abroad each year.

Finncon has no membership fee. In fact, our rules prohibit such. For the most part, funding comes from cultural grants and commercial traders & advertisers. If you would like to help, we do offer supporting memberships for 10 EUR. For more information, please contact us at <tukijasenfinncon.org>.

Finncon 2009 takes place at the Kaapelitehdas cultural centre in Helsinki, from 10 to 12 July.
